Order Placement

  1. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. **Product Availability**: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products that are out of stock.
  3. **Pricing**: Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
  4. **Payment**: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Cash, Credit Card and Check.
  5. **Shipping**:
    • We offer shipping to all 50 states
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order. Large and oversized items will be quoted within 2-3 days for approval prior to order finalization.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.
  6. **Taxes and Duties**: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their order.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. **Returns**: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for non-feed items. Feed items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Damaged orders will required photos of original unopened packaging.
  3. **Return Process**:
    • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, details of the items to be returned, and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. **Refunds**:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 days to the original method of payment.
    • Customized orders are final and not eligible for refund except for workmanship defect.
  5. **Restocking Fee**: A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned items, depending on the condition of the returned products.
  6. **Exchanges**: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. For customized items cancellation can be made prior to start of manufacturing. Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel the order but may initiate a return as per our Returns and Refunds Policy (see above).
  2. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
  3. Notification of Cancellation: If we cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
  4. Refund for Cancellation: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 days, to the original method of payment.

Additional Terms

  1. **Accuracy of Information**: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee that colors and details will be exactly as depicted on your screen.
  2. **Modification of Terms**: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
